SHIPPING POLICY

Production and delivery times?

At Poppy & Co we differentiate between production (or ‘turnaround’) and delivery.

Production time is how long it takes to produce your custom items, according to the production option you’ve chosen.
Delivery time is how long it takes the delivery service to collect your order from us and bring it to you, in addition to the production time.

Our standard production time is 2 business days from the point we accept your order, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.

Delivery time is in addition to production time.

We aim to have all products produced and shipped within 2 business days of order placement, however for any reason we are unable to fulfil your order within this time frame, you will be notified.

What are my delivery options?

Free on orders over £50, £3.95 on orders below £50
All orders are shipped using either Royal Mail or Evri tracked shipping.
Delivery 2-3 business days from production. Total delivery time from order placement to receiving your order will be approximately 3-5 business days.

When will my order be dispatched?

We aim to process all orders within 2 working day. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, with a cut off time of 12pm.
Orders placed after 12pm on Friday will be processed on the next working day, Monday.

Can I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive and automated email to confirm this. If you do not receive this email, please check your junk folder as some email providers may filter this out.
You will then receive SMS and email tracking updates from Royal Mail or Evri.
We do not accept liability for any delivery instructions issued to the delivery company by the customer. If you leave instructions requesting a parcel to be left in a different location (e.g. shed, garage, with a neighbour) we cannot accept responsibility, if you fail to receive your parcel.

Our website shows live stock levels across all our stores. In exceptional instances, we may be unable to fulfil your order due to fast moving stock. If this is the case, we will call or email you to discuss any alternatives we think may be suitable or issue an immediate refund. Refunds can take up to 5 business days to process.
